User Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data that Southern Realty Associates (and its platform, RETM Solutions) collects through Facebook/Meta, and confirms completed deletion requests.

What Facebook data we hold

• Connected Page details & access tokens — when a brokerage administrator connects a Facebook Page, we store the Page’s ID, name, and an access token so we can publish that brokerage’s own posts and receive its Lead Ad submissions. These are stored encrypted, server-side, and are never shown to the public.
• Lead Ad submissions — if you submitted one of a brokerage’s Facebook Lead Ad forms, the contact details you provided (e.g. name, email, phone) were delivered to that brokerage’s CRM so an agent could follow up.

We do not collect or store your Facebook profile, friends, photos, or activity.

How to request deletion

You have two options:

1. From Facebook — go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, remove the RETM Solutions app, and choose to delete your data. Facebook notifies us and we process the deletion automatically; you receive a confirmation code and a link back to this page.
2. By email — write to privacy@retmsolutions.com from the email you used, or include the Page name / lead details. We will delete the associated Facebook-derived data and confirm within 30 days.
